Free Discovery Call
Book your free 15-minute call via our website form, WhatsApp, email, or contact page. This is an informal conversation to answer your questions, explore whether medical tourism is right for you, and give you peace of mind that we’re the right fit

Confirm & Secure Your Booking
Once you’re happy with the plan, we help secure surgery and consultation dates. Some providers may request a deposit; otherwise, payments are only due upon arrival, either directly to the hospital/doctors or through us as guarantors — whichever you prefer.

Share Your Medical Background
You’ll receive secure digital forms to complete, covering your health history and the services you’re interested in. We also request any relevant medical records. Data is kept strictly confidential. You can select only the value-added services you want — healthcare remains the core.

Arrival & Welcome
On arrival in South Africa, you’ll have the option of a private airport pickup and transfer to your accommodation. Once settled, your AAY doctor will visit you in person to welcome you, review your care plan, and answer any questions.

Doctor Consultation
We schedule a virtual consultation with our doctor on your preferred platform. Your doctor will review your records beforehand and discuss your condition in detail, your goals, and the best way forward. Some patients’ needs are met right here, without needing to continue further.

Treatment & Hospital Care
Your consultations, surgery dates, and hospital stays are pre-arranged to ensure a smooth experience. Your AAY doctor remains your point of contact throughout, advocating for you and making sure everything runs seamlessly.

Transparent Quotations
Our team approaches hospitals, specialists, and providers to gather quotations for your treatment. We never add markup — instead, we actively negotiate for discounts thanks to our international patient partnerships. You’ll receive a clear, itemised estimate of costs.

Recovery & Support
Following discharge, you’ll be followed up by both your specialist and your AAY doctor. We’re available 24/7 for any issues or concerns. Once you’re feeling better, we can also arrange tourism activities or assist with any extra services you’d like — a value-added concierge offering.
