You can book a free 15-minute discovery call via our website, WhatsApp, email, or contact form. After that, you can schedule a full consultation with Dr AK on your preferred video platform

During the consultation, Dr AK reviews your medical records, discusses your condition and requirements, and outlines the best treatment plan. Some patients’ needs are fully resolved at this stage, without needing further steps.

The full consultation with Dr AK is R1750.00 (South African Rand). Any value-added services like transfers, accommodation, or tourism planning are optional and quoted separately. A payment link will be sent to you, with all major bank cards accepted worldwide.

Once you approve the treatment plan, we gather transparent quotations from hospitals and specialists. We never add markup and actively negotiate discounts for foreign, cash paying patients.

Payments are generally made upon arrival. In some cases, a deposit may be requested to secure surgery dates. You can pay directly to providers or via us as your guarantors, whichever you prefer.

Yes, we accommodate your preferred platform — Zoom, WhatsApp, Teams, Google Meet, or others.

Absolutely. All medical records and personal data are handled securely and confidentially in compliance with privacy standards.

We can arrange airport transfers and accommodation. Dr AK or a team member will meet you, review your care plan, and answer any questions.
